CARE GIVERS

Thank you for your hard work and dedication!

To every parent, guardian, and caregiver: tonight is for you, too. Your love, dedication, and daily sacrifice make an immeasurable impact, and we honor the way you faithfully support your King or Queen. While your loved one enjoys an unforgettable evening of celebration, we hope you find rest, encouragement, and community in our caregiver hospitality area. Thank you for all you do. You are seen, valued, and deeply appreciated.

Frequently Asked Questions

Please reach us at nighttoshinejax@coe22.com if you cannot find an answer to your question.

Yes. Caregivers are asked to register along with their guest so we can prepare accommodations, hospitality space, and any needed support for the evening.

Doors will open at 5:30 PM for caregivers and guests. Check-in will begin promptly at that time, so everyone can enjoy the full Night to Shine experience.

Dismissal will begin at 9:00 pm and continue until 10:30, depending on how the King/Queen was transported to the venue. Their Buddy will know precisely where to take them during dismissal.

While our Kings and Queens enjoy the prom experience, caregivers are invited to relax in our Respite Room, complete with refreshments, comfortable seating, and opportunities to connect with other families.

Each guest will be paired with a trained Buddy to ensure they have a safe and enjoyable experience. We encourage you to enjoy the hospitality area while your loved one celebrates. Your Kind/Queen's  Buddy will have your contact information in case of an emergency.

Yes. We have trained volunteers and on-site teams to assist with general needs. If your guest requires specific medical or behavioral assistance, please let us know during registration so we can accommodate them appropriately.

You will be notified immediately if your guest expresses discomfort or needs you. You are welcome to leave at any time.

Night to Shine takes place in a variety of environments. We provide a Sensory Room and sensory breaks for guests who may need a quieter area. Please indicate any sensory needs during registration.

No. Night to Shine is completely free for all Kings, Queens, and their caregivers, made possible through the support of our host church: The Church of Eleven 22, partner churches, volunteers, and the Tim Tebow Foundation.

Caregivers who wish to volunteer must register as volunteers rather than caregivers. Please note that volunteers are assigned roles and may not be placed with their personal guest.
