Yes. All volunteers must complete the registration form so we can assign roles, complete background checks if needed, and communicate important details.


All volunteers age 18 and older are required to complete a background check. If you are currently under 18 but will turn 18 by February 13, 2026, please ensure your background check is completed before the event.


Yes. All volunteers will attend a brief training session before the event to review expectations, safety procedures, and the evening's layout. Please visit our Upcoming Events page to learn more about our training dates.


Your arrival time will be assigned during volunteer training. Please note that arrival times vary depending on your specific role.


Wear comfortable, modest clothing and closed-toe shoes. Some roles may require specific attire, which will be communicated in advance.


Yes. You must be 16 years old or older to volunteer independently. Minors under 16 can be registered to volunteer with their parents. We recommend that families volunteer under Paparazzi.

Night to Shine is a celebration for our Kings and Queens. All donated food is prepared specifically for our guests and their caregivers. We kindly ask volunteers to eat before arriving. If you have a medical need that requires you to eat at certain times, please let us know—we are happy to accommodate.
